We are looking for Mid-level FPGA Engineers to
accelerate various portions of our trading platform. You will work with the latest, high
performance FPGA technology and computing architectures to increase the
performance of Akuna's trading systems.

Hardware Developers will optimize the system at
a low level (gates and wires) as well as a high level (algorithms and
architecture).

Your strong understanding of the hardware implications
will be critical to produce performance tuning and optimization tasks for this
state-of-the-art trading system.

They will also interact with Software Developers
and Traders to engineer systems that will best enhance our ability to trade and
provide liquidity to the marketplace.
·
We expect Hardware Developers to have direct
input in the design process, to efficiently implement those designs, and to use
unit/component and system level tests to verify and validate the system. No prior financial industry experience is
required.

Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science,
Engineering, Software Engineer, Physics or related field
·
Graduating in 2016, 2017
·
Understanding of algorithms & data
structures
·
Good English communication skill is a must
·
Major GPA of 3.0 or above
·
Good knowledge of FPGA, hardware design, Verilog
or VHDL is a big plus
