Responsibilities:
1.    
Leading to
establish quality management system and continuous improvement
2.   To lead process
audit products audit and system audit according to request s form both TS16949
or specified customers and take actions for its findings;
3.    
Production process
control and monitoring;
4.    
leading to
investigate the root cause of online defect and scrap and layoff proposal of
how to dealing it individually;
5.    
To build, revise
and improve for inspection standard for each process such as raw material, semi
products and finished goods;
6.    
Leading test for
new material, process and products; 
7.    
Supplier quality
management such as incoming inspection, monthly quality performance monitoring
and improvement follow up; 
8.    
Responsible for
customer complaining, investigate the root cause, reply in 8D and follow
thorough all actions;
9.    
To establish and
improve procedure for lab; 
10. 
To educate quality
engineers and on-line inspectors, cultivate quality cultural and assess their
performance according to target setup; 
11. 
Monthly assessing,
updating and reporting the status of quality to top management;
12. 
To propose yearly
KPI, follow up and provide properly feedback to top management.
Requirement:
1.    
Bachelor degree or
up education, and at least 3 years’ experience in Auto;
2.    
Deeply
understanding quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA and
SPC etc. Familiar with VDA6.3 and VDA6.5

Good communication
skills and team work; Strongly problem solving experience;
2.    
Aggressive
personality but can handle interpersonal relation
3.    
Good spoken,
reading, writing English and Czech
