Jabra is looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join APAC HR team to focus on the HR Operational Service to APAC Sales. It is a good opportunity to expand your HR role to cover APAC region. HR Operational Service for APAC Sales
• Assist APAC HR Director in daily HR operational services for APAC Sales including recruitment, induction, compensation, employee relations, performance management, employee development and separation procedure etc., ensure high quality and effective HR service to be delivered.
• To be HR contact window for employees in APAC Sales and handle various questions regarding HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee personal data and files according to GN global guidelines and comply with internal audit requirements.
• Prepare employment related letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other related documents upon requests
• Assist HR Director in compensation and benefit projects across APAC, including yearly employee insurance renewal, employee benefit review, salary survey data collection and analysis etc.
• Other tasks or projects assigned by APAC HR Director.
职位要求：
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Perfectly if you have Intern experience as HR specialist in MNC companies, overseas working experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge in main HR modules like recruitment, C&B, performance management, HRIS, employee relationship, training etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Self-motivated, pleasant personality and good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience of MS AX, Workday is preferred
